How to Purchase Tickets
- A designated date/time ticketing system is in place for this exhibition.Tickets for each time slot are limited and may sell out.
- When purchasing a ticket for this exhibition, you will be asked to select your desired admission time slot (date and time range). The purchased ticket is only valid for admission during the designated time slot.
- Ticket sales are divided into two periods: the First Period and the Second Period. In addition, tickets for admission dates in December 2026 during the First Period will be sold through a lottery system.

Visiting the Exhibition
- A designated date/time ticketing system is in place for this exhibition. Tickets for each time slot are limited and may sell out.
- Tickets can be purchased on eplus. Before arriving, please either have your paper ticket issued at a FamilyMart store or prepare the QR code ticket sent to you by email through eplus. To sign up for eplus, you must have a Japanese mobile phone number that can be used for phone number verification.
- Guests accompanying a single visitor with a ticket will be admitted for free if the following conditions are met.
(1) For every guest (guardian) aged 18 or older who has a ticket, one preschool child may enter free of charge.
(2) One person aged 18 or older may accompany a guest with both a disability certificate and ticket as a caregiver and enter free of charge. If you are accompanied by a caregiver, please present the ticket you purchased and your disability certificate to the staff when entering. A ticket does not need to be purchased for the caregiver.- For visitors who have both a disability certificate and an admission ticket and are accompanied by both a caregiver and a preschool child, one preschool child and one caregiver (18 years of age or older) will be admitted free of charge.
- A ticket is required if the accompanying visitor does not meet the age requirement or if the number of accompanying visitors exceeds the number eligible for free admission. Furthermore, we do not issue refunds for tickets that were mistakenly purchased for visitors who can enter free of charge.
- Visitors will be admitted to Creative Museum Tokyo according to their designated time slot. Please arrive at the 6th floor within the designated time printed on your ticket.
Each ticket indicates the designated time for the time slot and an entry number. Visitors will be admitted in order of entry number within their group for each designated time. - If you arrive after the designated time, you may be denied admission. In such cases, your ticket will not be refunded.
Some cases will be handled differently depending on the circumstances of the day, such as in the event you are late due to public transportation delays or other unavoidable circumstances, so please follow the instructions of the staff. - Please note that no waiting area is available for visitors who arrive before their designated time. We ask that you refrain from remaining in the venue facilities or surrounding area for extended periods before or after your visit to the exhibition. Furthermore, please do not engage in activities that may be disruptive to visitors of neighboring facilities.
- You will be required to present your paper ticket stub, invitation ticket stub, or QR ticket to enter the official shop and for other purposes after admission. Please do not discard or lose your ticket stub or delete your QR ticket.
- One “My Turn!! Double Sticker” visitor benefit item (chosen at random out of a total of seven types) will be gifted at the venue to each visitor with an admission ticket (or invitation ticket).

- Visitors are welcome to bring infants and young children, but strollers may not be brought into the venue. Strollers may be checked at the museum cloakroom. (Items other than strollers cannot be checked at the cloakroom.) Please use the nursing room on the second floor for breastfeeding and the diaper changing station in the multipurpose restroom on the sixth floor for diaper changing. (If you have a preschool child, please also refer to this page.)
- We may check your baggage when you enter. In order to protect the exhibits and ensure the safety of the operation, the following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you have a medical device or similar item, please consult with the staff.
- Luggage with wheels, such as suitcases and carts, and large luggage
- Items involving open flames, strong-smelling items, perishable goods such as fresh flowers
- Umbrellas, parasols, and long objects such as imitation swords and selfie sticks
(Please use the umbrella stands provided at the venue entrance for umbrellas and parasols.) - Plastic bottles, water bottles, and other food and drink (excluding those that can be stored in your own bag before entering)
The above list is not exhaustive. The staff may approach you regarding any item that may inconvenience other visitors or that is deemed hazardous by the organizer.
- Luggage cannot be checked. Please also note that there are no coin-operated lockers in the facility. Please use the coin-operated lockers at the station or in the nearby area.
- The organizers are not responsible for any stolen or lost items. Please take care of your own belongings and valuables.
- All forms of trading, exchanging, buying, or selling related to this exhibition are strictly prohibited inside the venue facilities and in the surrounding area. The organizers are not responsible for any disputes that arise between guests as a result of such activities.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue (except seeing-eye dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, and other assistance dogs). If you are accompanied by a seeing-eye dog, hearing dog, service dog, or other assistance dog, please bring the dog’s identification and certification. (Visitors with a seeing-eye dog should carry their user identification.)
- There is no designated parking lot for the facility. If you are visiting by car, please use a paid parking lot in the nearby area. However, please note that we do not offer parking validation for this exhibition.
- To avoid disturbing nearby residents and prevent accidents, we strictly prohibit visitors from arriving at the venue on the day before their visit and waiting overnight or waiting from early morning. The organizers are not responsible for any accidents or disputes that arise as a result of visitors waiting overnight or from early morning.
- Even if you arrive within the designated time, ticket verification and other admission procedures may take time. As a result, you may be required to wait before entering the exhibition.
- There is no visitor rotation system for this exhibition. If the venue becomes overly crowded due to visitor activity, we may need to impose entry restrictions to ensure safety within the venue. Please note that you may have to wait before you are admitted.
- You may be asked to wait outside before the venue opens or during crowded times. Please prepare accordingly for the weather and climate.
- The exhibition is subject to cancellation in the event of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other such unforeseen event. In addition, the content of the exhibition is subject to partial change without prior notice.
- If suspected fraud or another issue arises during admission or at any other time, the exhibition staff may, at their discretion, require the ticket purchaser to present identification or other documentation for identity verification. Ticket purchasers are requested to bring identification or other documentation that can be used to verify that their name matches the name printed on the ticket. If you are unable to present identification, additional identity verification procedures may be required before your identity can be confirmed, which may require you to wait for an extended period.
- When visiting the venue, please read the notices and follow the instructions of the staff. Any behavior that may be disruptive to other visitors is strictly prohibited. Visitors who engage in troublesome behavior may be refused entry or asked to leave. Please note that the organizers are not responsible for any accidents caused by a failure to follow the instructions of the staff.
- If you arrive without your ticket because it has been lost or forgotten, the organizers cannot provide any guarantees regarding any aspect of the exhibition.
- No touring venues are planned for this exhibition. It will only be held at the Tokyo venue.
Notes on Viewing (Prohibited Acts, Photography, etc.)
- Please follow the designated route at all times. Visitors may not proceed backward across boundaries defined by the organizers.
- Once you have left the exhibition area or the official shop, you will not be able to re-enter.
- Depending on crowding in the admission waiting line or inside the venue, the staff may ask visitors to take turns viewing the exhibits.
- Please stay behind the marked lines on the floor while viewing the exhibits. Do not extend your hands or fingers past the marked lines toward the frames or exhibits.
- Do not touch frames, exhibits, decorations (including walls), display cases, or other fixtures in the venue.
Please take care not to let your belongings, hat, or other items come into contact with the frames or exhibits. Please carry your backpack in front of you while viewing the exhibits. To prevent unauthorized photography, audio recording, or similar activities involving the exhibits or within the venue, we ask that you refrain from holding electronic devices such as smartphones or tablets in your hands, except when using them at designated photo spots.
In addition, regarding the items below, the staff may request that you change the way you carry them or place them in a bag.- Smartphones

When taking photographs in the permitted areas, please be considerate of the guests around you and follow the instructions provided on signs and by staff.
Our staff will not assist you in taking photos.- Please exercise caution when handling photos that show other visitors.
- Photos are for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
- When taking photographs, please give priority to visitors viewing the exhibits, be considerate of the guests around you, and follow the instructions of the staff. Please note that depending on crowding conditions, we may restrict photography or filming without prior notice in order to protect the displays and ensure safety.
- To ensure that guests do not disrupt other visitors’ viewing experiences, audio recording, sketching, note-taking, and the use of translation apps are prohibited within the venue.
- Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone in the venue.
- Eating (including candy and chewing gum), drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the venue.
- There are no restrooms in the exhibition area or the official shop.
- Media coverage events or filming by the organizers may take place during your viewing experience. Footage from these events may be broadcast by media outlets or posted on social media.

- Your ticket is damaged, lost, or altered.
- Your paper ticket has been detached from its stub.
- Your QR code ticket has been deleted.
- Elementary school and Junior High School / High School Students may enter using General Admission tickets, but we will not refund the price difference or the total price of the ticket. The same applies to elementary school students who enter using Junior High School / High School Student Tickets. On the other hand, if you do not qualify for the Junior High School / High School Student or Elementary School Student ticket categories, you cannot pay the price difference and use those tickets for admission.
- Visitors with a disability certificate still need a ticket to enter. However, there are special exemptions that allow free admission for caregivers of visitors with disabilities. Refer to this page for details.

- For tickets sold on eplus, the sales schedule differs between lottery sales (December admissions only) and first-come, first-served sales (first and second periods). Refer to this page for details. You are required to sign up for eplus (free registration) to apply for the lottery and purchase tickets.
- When applying for lottery sales, you may select your first, second, and third choices of preferred time slots for each date. However, please note that you cannot apply for the same time slot on the same day. You can apply for a maximum of two tickets for each time slot. Please note that if you apply by credit card, your tickets cannot be refunded or canceled regardless of whether they have been issued. Please be aware of this when applying.
- Lottery sales will be carried out exclusively on the eplus sales page. The multi-function printers (varies by store) at FamilyMart stores cannot be used to apply for lottery sales. But winners are not selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Please apply at any time during the designated application period.
- Refer to this page for the schedule for lottery sales. Please note that even if you are selected in the lottery, your selection will be forfeited if you do not complete the required procedures (payment and ticket collection) within the period specified by eplus.
- For first-come, first-served sales, the sales start date differs depending on the date category. Please check the schedule here.
- First-come, first-served sales will not be carried out if tickets sell out during lottery sales phases.
- Even if there are a large number of applicants to lottery sales, first-come, first-served sales may still be carried out if applicants fail to make a payment or cancel.
- Even if a time slot is marked with an “×” on the eplus sales page, it may become available again if some purchasers do not complete the required procedures (payment and ticket collection) by the deadline, and the availability status may be updated.
- For general first-come, first-served sales, you can reserve up to five tickets per time slot.
- For advance reservation sales on eplus, the following fees apply in addition to the ticket price.

- After booking your ticket on the eplus sales page, you will need to complete the payment and ticket issuance within the designated period. If you do not complete the payment and ticket issuance by the deadline, your booking will be canceled. Please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the procedure before the deadline. If you purchase tickets using a multi-function printer at a FamilyMart store, payment and ticket issuance must also be completed in the store. - Tickets purchased through the eplus ticket sales page can be issued in either of the following two ways. For more information, please refer to this page.
1. Have a paper ticket issued at a FamilyMart store
2. Receive a QR ticket via email from eplus- Before purchasing your ticket, please make sure your email settings allow you to receive emails from the eplus domain (@eplus.co.jp). Please also check your spam or promotions folder, as emails from eplus may be filtered there.
- If you chose to receive a QR ticket but did not receive an email from eplus, please access the application details page in your eplus application history and press the Display QR Code button to view your ticket.
- If you book tickets on the eplus sales page and pay by credit card when reserving, you will still be charged even if you do not collect your ticket by the deadline.
Notes on Tickets with Exclusive Merch
- Tickets with Exclusive Merch entitle you to receive the bonus merchandise, the “Mark of the King of Duelists.” Bonus merchandise can be redeemed inside the venue.
- The bonus merchandise “Mark of the King of Duelists” will not be sold at the official shop inside the exhibition venue.
- The “Mark of the King of Duelists” will be offered through post-exhibition made-to-order sales once the exhibition period ends. These sales are open to everyone, whether or not you have a ticket.
- The price is ¥1,700 (tax included), plus a separate shipping fee. For more information, please refer to this page.
- Tickets with Exclusive Merch are sold at a single flat rate, so no discounted rates are available for junior high school students, high school students, or younger visitors.
- A single Ticket with Exclusive Merch covers both admission and redemption of the bonus merchandise. Because bonus merchandise is redeemed inside the venue, it cannot be provided to visitors who do not enter the exhibition. If you are unable to visit for personal reasons, you will forfeit your right to redeem the bonus merchandise. We cannot ship items individually during the exhibition period, allow redemption at the convenience store where you received your ticket, or accommodate redemption after the exhibition period ends.
* The post-exhibition made-to-order sales held after the exhibition period ends are a separate sales system from the redemption entitlement included with Tickets with Exclusive Merch. Even if you are unable to visit and forfeit your redemption entitlement, we cannot transfer your entitlement to the post-exhibition made-to-order sales or ship the item to you, even if you cover the shipping fee. If you wish to purchase through the post-exhibition made-to-order sales, please place a separate order during the sales period. - Tickets with Exclusive Merch are available in limited quantities. Once the maximum number has been reached, Tickets with Exclusive Merch will no longer be sold for any time slot.
Please note that separate maximum quantities have been set for the first period and the second period.- The post-exhibition made-to-order sales of the “Mark of the King of Duelists” will be held regardless of whether Tickets with Exclusive Merch have sold out.
- Because items in the post-exhibition made-to-order sales are made to order, quantities are not limited. However, a limit applies to the number of items each customer may purchase.
- The design and contents of the bonus merchandise included with Tickets with Exclusive Merch are subject to change.
- The bonus merchandise included with Tickets with Exclusive Merch cannot be exchanged for any reason other than a defect. Please note, however, that faint printing, slight misalignment of printed areas, and similar issues that unavoidably occur during the manufacturing process may not be treated as defects. Please also note that the outer packaging is not eligible for exchange, even if it is defective.
- The bonus merchandise included with Tickets with Exclusive Merch is not a card from the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME.

- Admission to the exhibition (purchasing a ticket) does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase all products. We will prepare a sufficient quantity of products, but products may sell out or temporarily be out of stock.
- Please refrain from purchasing items for the purpose of resale.
- You may not enter the venue for the sole purpose of visiting the official shop. You cannot enter the official shop first, as entry to the official shop is only permitted after exiting the exhibition area. Moreover, you cannot return to the exhibition area from the official shop.
- Please refrain from taking photos and videos inside the official shop.
- During high-traffic hours, entry to the shop may be restricted. You may need to wait in line for an extended period to enter the official shop.
- You may be required to wait to purchase items after entering due to conditions inside the official shop.
- When inside the official shop, please follow the instructions of the sales staff. Visitors who engage in behavior that is disruptive to other guests may be asked to leave the shop.
- The official shop is generally open until 8:00 p.m., the same as the exhibition area. You cannot access the official store after it closes. Please enter the store during business hours.
- When checking out at the official shop, the staff will verify your paper ticket stub, invitation ticket stub, or QR ticket, so please be careful not to lose it. Please note that if you lose your ticket stub or delete your QR ticket, you will not be able to purchase any products.
- For each visit to the shop, only one checkout is permitted per person, and all items must be purchased in a single transaction. You cannot check out separately for specific products.
- For each item, there is a limit on the quantity that can be purchased. For more information, please refer to the details on each product.
- If you purchase a complete set of random products, you may not purchase separate individual items of the same product type.
* You may purchase one or the other, but not both at the same time. - The quantity limit for purchases is subject to change before and during the exhibition period.
- In the official shop, please do not place more items in your shopping cart than the quantity limit allows. Hoarding a large number of items to pass on to other customers is prohibited.
- Always carry your shopping basket by hand while shopping in the official shop. Placing unpurchased products or shopping baskets containing products on the floor is prohibited.
- Staying in the official shop for an extended period or using it as a meeting place with other visitors is prohibited.
- Items purchased by multiple people cannot be paid for in a single transaction.
- The following payment methods are accepted at the official shop.
- Cash (Japanese yen only)
- Credit card (Accepted brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover Card)
- Transportation IC cards
- Electronic payments (iD, QUICPay)
- QR code payments (PayPay, d-Barai, au PAY, Rakuten Pay)
- Payments involving more than one payment method are not accepted. Furthermore, payments involving more than one credit card or more than one electronic payment are not accepted.
* When using electronic payments or other such methods, please be mindful of your remaining balance and any configured spending limits. You cannot add funds to any payment accounts at the checkout counter of the official shop.
- Please note that in the event of an unexpected communication error, we may ask visitors to pay using cash only.
In addition, there is no ATM inside the venue, so please prepare cash before entering. - The available stock for each item is not divided into daily allocations.
- Product availability is limited. Items may become temporarily out of stock during official shop hours, or may already be sold out or awaiting restock by the day before your visit. After closing each day, we will announce the stock for the following day on the merchandise page of the official exhibition website. We do not provide real-time inventory updates during business hours.
- We cannot answer questions about stock (current stock quantity, expected arrival, etc.).
- We do not accept requests to reserve any sold-out or temporarily out-of-stock items or deliver them at a later date.
- Before paying (including cashless payments), please be sure to check with the sales staff that the quantity and amount are correct. Please make sure to check any change you receive. We will not be able to assist you after you have completed checkout.
- After checking out, you may have to bag your own items. Please take care not to forget to bag any items.
- Shopping bags are charged. You may only place items in your own shopping bag after checkout. If you have not yet checked out, please place products in a designated shopping basket provided inside the shop and take them to the checkout counter.
- We will only sell the number of shopping bags required to store the items you have purchased. You cannot purchase shopping bags without purchasing other products.
- We do not provide product delivery services. Furthermore, we do not provide assistance with carrying purchases at the venue, so please purchase only as many items as you can carry yourself. Please note that your exhibition ticket does not allow you to enter the venue multiple times to carry your purchases back and forth.
- We do not accept returns after purchase or allow exchanges except in the case of defective products. As a general rule, defective products can only be exchanged. Also, we cannot assist you with products that are damaged or lost.
- If you believe a product may be defective, you will be asked to present both the product and your receipt for verification. We cannot assist you if you lose the receipt.
- If your product was purchased anywhere other than the official exhibition shop (or through the official mail-order service), including through private sales on social media, secondhand retailers or bookstores, flea market apps, or auction sites, we will not be able to assist you through any of the exhibition’s services.
- The products sold at the official shop were planned and produced to commemorate this exhibition.
- Product lineup, names, prices, designs, and specifications are subject to change.
- Product releases are subject to postponement or cancellation.
- The colors and shapes of products may differ slightly from how they appear in images published in advance. Please check the actual product at the shop before purchasing.
- With the exception of certain items, the products sold at this exhibition are scheduled to be sold after the exhibition ends. The lineup of products to be sold after the exhibition is undecided at this stage. Details will be announced at a later date on this website and other channels.
- Some products may be resold through the Jump Characters Store or other channels with the design, packaging, or other specifications modified.
